This 12-day Tanzania & Zanzibar journey combines world-class wildlife experiences with a relaxing tropical beach escape. The safari portion explores Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, and Ngorongoro Crater, followed by a flight to Zanzibar for pristine beaches, cultural heritage, and leisure by the Indian Ocean.
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing and preparing for your safari adventure.
After breakfast, depart Arusha for Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Enjoy a full-day game drive with picnic lunch inside the park. Tarangire offers excellent wildlife viewing, including lions, giraffes, zebras, and diverse birdlife.
After breakfast, drive through the scenic highlands toward Serengeti National Park. Enjoy game viewing en route as you enter the vast open plains. Arrive in the Serengeti in time for an afternoon game drive, discovering one of Africa’s most wildlife-rich ecosystems.
Spend the entire day exploring Serengeti National Park with morning and afternoon game drives. The Serengeti is home to lions, cheetahs, elephants, wildebeest, zebras, and many bird species. Every drive offers new wildlife encounters and photographic opportunities.
Enjoy another full day of safari in the Serengeti, allowing time to explore different regions of the park. This extended stay increases chances of predator sightings and deeper immersion into the Serengeti’s landscapes and wildlife behaviour.
After breakfast, depart Serengeti and drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive in this natural wonder, home to rhinos, lions, buffalo, elephants, and hippos. Later, ascend to the crater rim or continue to Karatu for overnight.
After a relaxed breakfast, drive back to Arusha through scenic countryside and local villages. Arrive in Arusha in the afternoon and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure or optional cultural activities.
After breakfast, transfer to Arusha Airport for your domestic flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, meet our representative and transfer to your beach resort. Spend the rest of the day relaxing by the ocean.
After breakfast, enjoy a guided Stone Town tour, exploring Zanzibar’s rich cultural heritage, narrow streets, historic buildings, and spice-trade history. Visit key landmarks and learn about the island’s Swahili and Arab influences. Return to your resort in the afternoon.
Enjoy a full day at leisure in Zanzibar. Relax on white-sand beaches, swim in the turquoise waters, or take optional activities such as snorkeling, diving, spice tours, or dhow cruises.

After breakfast, enjoy your final moments in paradise. Transfer to Zanzibar International Airport for your international departure flight.
